We have both always agreed on how we spend our money and have always lived within our means, so we are used to living the way others are forced to live in a bad economy; this has not stessed us at all.
I think this economy has stressed us out quite a bit. We have had less income because sales are down. The reduced income cuts into expendable income first! This means we can't get out of the house as much to do things. So, then we end up sitting around the house and can get at each others patience and become frustrated and irritated. When sales, then income, picks up and we can spend more on recreational activities it'll help lighten things up again.
