After moving to NC in 2008 a business partner and I decided to establish a Human Resources Consulting Organization specializing in companies which employ under 100 people. The Charlotte marketplace has been very receptive and welcoming. I appreciate the availablity of CPCC Institute for Entrepreneuship to assist is many of the "unknown" factors of operating a company of your own. I applaude the organization for taking such a proactive approach to ensuring the value of the Charlotte Area Businesses is advanced to the top shelf city it has become.
