The family of the late Dr. King is charging the foundation building the monument of the Civil Rights legend $800,000 for use of his words and image. Is this ok?

I don't think it is ok to sue the foundation. The question should be, why? why are they suing them? In that case, sue every person wearing a shirt with the image of Dr. King on it. I have been hearing about a lot of issues present within the family of Dr. King, and it saddens me. Why is all this bickering present for nothing? Why do they need this money? what are they going to do with it? I think someone (the surviving members) is be a little greedy. Didn't they sell his papers? Why not just give them to the center, why charge? His impact on this world is so great, and I think nonsense such as this, is ridiculous.
