Ann came to Harbin three years ago and she left a deep impression on all of us teachers and principals. She is really nice , elegant and knowledgeable,she cares much about the students' learning,interest, lives and so on. Also, she is so good at using modern technology. Many teachers here in my school have read her book "MISSION POSSIBLE : Reaching All Learners With Technology" which benefits us a lot.
Anyway, I do believe that promoting Koufman-Frederick will turn out to be an inspired choice!
P.S. Last year, I had the great honor to have dinner with 26 superintendents from different states of America,including James Harvey,the executive director,Dr. Janie P. Edmonds from Mendham Borough Schools,Dr. Douglas Gordon Hesbol from Illinois,Kenneth Grover from New York ,Margaret W.Hayes from New Jersey and Sheff-Kohn , Claire from your city,Boston.
We talked a lot about American students and Chinese students. Education has no boundary. May all the students happy and healthy.

I'm an orthopedic surgeon in Pittsburgh PA. Dr. Koufman-Frederick is the most important teacher I ever had. Her role in academic leadership is nationally recognized. Any school district would be lucky to have her at its helm.
