I was about to say that warrior queen was my favorite: succinct depiction of a noble warrior queen who becomes beautiful as she speaks her power. Without hesitation she refuses to compromise with British invaders. She goes into battle showing unwavering strength and courage. Her spirit sings out in the heartbreaking moment when her beautiful young grandson is killed by a British soldier.
I admired and thoroughly enjoyed this film.
Still, the extreme, frightening violence of 'blood' had me mesmerized--
turns unpredictable--- delight and surprise-- assault weapon attack
on a vat of cherry syrup... not blood at all!! Favorite scene-- grand film.
