I love my Char-broil Quantum infrared grill. Going to cook some ribeyes on it in a couple minutes.
I use a Big Green Egg. It is the grill/smoker created by God himself and handed down to mankind so that we may delight in the cooking and eating of all his creations.
Yeah, it's pricey, but I can smoke meat at 220 degrees and keep the temperature for eight hours in below freezing weather without too much fuss.

Wood grilling all the way. No need to buy expensive wood chips to add that flavor to your food.
If all you cook is burgers, hot dogs, and the like then gas or charcoal is better.

You cannot go wrong with a Big Green Egg! They are simply the best. Traeger's are nice and easy to use but nothing beet BGE.
