I feel like we are targets, just to show how easy it is to have your rights striped away just because you can'tafford their taxes.It's wrong and Injust.

Hummm... Since cigs do not kill as many people as drinks... wonder why alcohol isn't being taxed?? Oh, I almost forgot... our politicians drink and drive, and it's always okay when they kill or hurt someone. LOL'
Just wait until the government starts controling overweight people... it is coming!
Makes you wonder what really is important. As long as we stand back and let government control us the worse off we all will be.
People who complain about smokers will complain even more when they have to foot the bill for people with no insurance since that is what the taxes from cigs go to pay. The fewer smokers the fewer taxes being brought in.. then who gets to pay... the complaining people.
Since I'm from KY and know how to grow and cure my own tobacco not a problem for me.
It will cut down on people getting cancer
