I voted "Mostly working where I like but it's nice to meet up with my colleagues occasionally" but it depends on the nature of the work. I'm rubbish at writing strategy documents in an office environment as i find that I need to cocoon myself away from distractions. However, sometimes it pays to be able to bounce creative concepts off colleagues.
