I think it definitely has its niche. I know quite a few people who would trade the extra living space for a less private restroom. This is the type that basically lives in cafes and doesn't do much more than sleep etc at home.

This will be good for the jails and prisons where space is premium but on the other hand, prisnors may destroy them. Hygenically, I can imagine germs multiplying in the enclosed drawer under heat.

Hey it might work in Tokyo or New York but where will be the oven placed may be in the same drawer. Forget it bad idea.

Well, I do appreciate the thought, space savers are great. But I think this is yet another classic case of someone putting more effort into their 3D modeling than into developing an idea. They should spend more time at the drawing board and less at the computer trying to sell a half-developed concept.

I think it is a neat idea but like LvB said, what happens when you have guests. Also if the sink and toilet are hidden then why can the faucets be hidden too?

i think its a good idea in theory and definately a space saver, but in reality it would be a better idea to implement in moderation. this would only work well with some personalities.

It's fine when you're by yourself, but what about when you have guests over?
