In my view/observation, some of the BFSI sector companies have come up with their shared services strategy & centers to handle large day to day business operations (transactions, dunning, calls etc). Some have come forward to have a shared work space with different companies engaged in the same business to ensur the most effective utilization of the infrastructure & facility. Besides that, the SSO can be expanded to Administration & purchase function to a large extent.
