What do you think about the new Syfy name, logo and tagline: "Imagine Greater"?

Syfy - Rhymes with Iffy - just like their programming as they try to move from a SciFi image. I still haven't forgiven them for cancelling Farscape

I can't believe any corporation would do anything so stupid. Sci-Fi defines the type of programs that are typically on this channel. I watch Sci-Fi quite a bit. I watch Battle Star Galactica, I watched Stargate Atlantis, and also several other shows they presented. I don't care for the new name at all as it seems that most other people don't either, but seems they didn't check to see whether their viewers preferred it. I just hope they keep presenting they type of shows that they have in the past.

Who could give a rats ass, the SyFy channel has become a Joke. I almost never watch anymore, due to that retarded wrestling crap.

SciFi is one of my favorite networks, I could care less what you call it. Just dont start changing the channel it's on ( DirecTv ! ) Jeremiah has a good point What the hell does all that wrestling crap, in any way, have to do with SciFi. Lastly, your saturday night "B" movies are really starting to suck. Your actors, and I use the term very loosely, are like watching the movies that I made with my friends when we were 12, only we had better storylines. Your movies are now "D" or "E" quality. If you dont fix your content, it wont matter what you call yourselves. Remember , I say all this and I am still a fan, but, I have friends who wont watch anymore. You cancel good shows and put on crap because they are cheaper to produce. You will save all kinds of money if your network fails and you go off the air

I can appreciate that the SyFy channel chose to select a brand logo that is unique. I will continue to enjoy many programs on SyFy. I understand that many people are resistant to change - but change is inevitable - science fiction has been responsible for so much change in our society. This is a clever way to change while remaining the same.
