I added a small amount to the money my family received and gave a book card to a young reader to spend a book of her choice. She is currently in need of some TLC from an adult. I heard from a friend that she is lacks parental support but is an avid reader. She does not have any books to call her own. I'm going going to follow up with this child to find out how she liked the book in hopes of making a personal connection with her that will let her know that adults can be caring and kind.

I took the $3.00 that Dan, Danny and I received and gave it to the Children
of the World choir that visited North County Christian School last Wed. The money will go to help children who have lost one or both of their parents to aids in countries ravaged by the aids pandemic.

We added a little more money to our combined envelopes and gave it to a family who has been without a job.

I used mine to buy a vase... and then put flowers in it and left it on a desk at work with a card to encourage them to have a great day.

God blessed me with several quickly rippening bananas. I used the $1 to purchase mini foil loaf pans. Using other items I already had at home, I was able to bake several loaves of banana bread. These were distributed today while still warm to....a widow, a widower, two young boys, a family with several children, a single mother, a neighbor I had never met before, and a family that has visited Trinity a few times.
