The problem with this bill is it starts federal funding for stem cell research. and by the way it is fetus stem cells , and to date have not produced any promising results. The only stem cell reaserch showing any promise has come from adult stem cell research. For the left it is a continued abortion policy not hamperd by any rules, and if you are pregant and do not want the baby, I'm sorry, but basicly flush it down the toilet.
