Level 1 - Professional - Suit (men and women)

Level 2 - Professional casual - Components of a suit, but not a suit for men (navy blue jacket, khaki pants, white shirt and tie) or coordinated separates for women

Level 3 - Standard casual - Three pieces - shirt, pants, tie OR shirt, pants, jacket (men only)

Level 4 - Basic casual - Two pieces - shirt and pants/skirt (men and women)
