My opinion of the tax deduction for mortgages:



It's good the way it is; don't change it

Higher-income homeowners shouldn't get the full deduction

The tax benefit should be lower for all homeowners

No one should get a tax break for paying a mortgage

Sure, keep it as is, but give renters a tax break for their rent
