This is an inspired story that has made a difference in my life. If other Christians will just give it a chance it can make a difference in their life too! This story is rich in history and takes us to places we may never go on our own. Is it fiction? Yes. Does it have Spiritual implications? Yes. But is it a "must read" for Christians regardless of it's genre? ABSOLUTELY!!
It's really a combination of the first and second choice. It's fiction, but it's fiction strongly rooted in the Bible. It's definitely not satanic.
