Stop recapping! Heroes is dead to me.

Don't stop recapping - get a nicer recapper who loves this show and only says nice things about it.

Keep recapping - I love hearing about how much Heroes blows every week.

Recap Supernatural instead because it's awesome.

Even if you recapped Dancing with the Stars that would be better because it actually has more plot.
