Definitely its going effect the poll results as one can resentment in staffs. I think ruling party i.e INC is going pay the price. The way they handled the agitation is quite regretable...

The present Govt. is trying to use the money meant for 30 months arrear of its employee for ongoing election and forthcoming assembly election.Todays employees are not stupid like past. The delaying of paying arrears and other benefits starts from the regime of Mukut Mithi led congress Govt. Prior to that no congress Govt stopped the benefits which can be cited as CM of quality and qualified and illiterate CM difference. He may have money power but he have no voice power at Delhi. A qualified and most experience MLA should be made as CM.
