1. Move the McKay Library (North Chelmsford Library) into the North Town Hall and sell the current structure housing the Library.
2. Move the Chelmsford Telemedia TV studios into either Town Hall.
3. Set up a "Teen Center" in either town hall with a jute-box, ping-pong tables, shuffle-board, chess games etc. Install soda machines, snack machines. Great place for teens to gather and have fun.
4. Rent either Town hall to high-end users such as a bank, restaurant, lawyers office, Dr. office etc.
5. Turn either town hall into the Chelmsford Historical Museum.
Don't give up these historical structures. They will be gone for ever.
