I DONT LOSE! I WIN! YOUNG TURKS!

Who better than a Turkish American, ex-republican. I say Cenk all the way.

I want them both in the format of tyt when ben was on or when seder was on with janine. It would be boring with either of them by themselves but together they would be outstanding. The list of potential guests is a mile long and the way Sam handles right wingers is nothing short of entertaining.

^^^ I meant to assign the 7:00 spot. I've been posting on multiple forums. Forget to change the context when copy and pasting sometimes.

I vote Cenk Uygar for MSNBC 10:00 time slot. Why? He is simply THE best news host on the web right now. His segments are innovative, entertaining, and very informative. He explains important and critical points of complex topics and breaks them down into informative information for his viewers to understand and form their own opinions on the matters at hand, while providing a semi-comedic approach to keep the show extremely entertaining. It is a fresh source of news that strays away from the boring and mundane hosts that are on TV now days. Most importantly, Cenk reaches out and connects with his listeners like no other news host I've seen. This is the only newscast that draws me in enough to watch it religiously. Cenk is the right choice for the time slot. To all of TYT Nation, it's time to get Cenk and TYT the time slot. I guarantee he will be one of the best news host for years to come. It's time for the next generation of news hosts to shine. It's OUR time. It's time for OUR show to be aired on prime television. Let's go get 'em TYT Nation!

I've seen a few clips of the young turks, and I'm sorry, but I don't see what the big deal about them is. Cenk's commentary doesn't seem to be extraordinarily deep or unique, certainly not any more so than what Keith and Rachel offer.

You can tell Seder does his homework and makes an effort to break down even complex stuff like economic stories. He's well-informed, he's frequently interviewed authors, bloggers, and other personalities, and he's FUNNY. He has the potential to put a unique comedic spin on things while still offering excellent commentary. Give him a chance, MSNBC!

I love Sam and Marc but Cenk has more tv experience and can better manage a show in a national forum, in my opinion. No disrespect to Sam or Marc. They are funny, insightful and gifted political analysts, comedians, and pundits but TheYoungTurks covers varied topics to keep it interesting but is also consistently focused on national politics and good at both. TYT is fun in some segments and deadly serious in others when talking about our national interests.

I don't miss an episode mainly because it unlocks politics that is confusing and information depleted and I just plain enjoy the show.

Why are the Young Turks losing here? They're dominating on the other poll.

  • Sam - 15 years ago

GO TURKS! Loyal TYT member for over a year now and could not imagine a better show to watch.

My vote is for TYT. Cenk will make a great host. He is entertaining, provocative and always current with the latest news and hot stories.

    TYT-->MSNBC

  • vimmryan - 15 years ago

Cenk Uygur for MSNBC! Go TYT! I would rather flip over to FOX and watch Greta that Sam...

  • GuyInMilwaukee - 15 years ago

Sam is great but I gotta side with The Young Turks format. They've developed something great over the years and would fit best in this time slot.
    Go TURKS!

  • pghtytfan - 15 years ago

The Young Turks should definitely get the spot, Sam can't hold a match to Cenk's passion!
