Every time i turn around there is a new fee from the county to do buisness in Amador County,( probably state mandated) and localy aproved fees. I am in the camp that thinks the state is doing all it can do to discourage small buisness from prospering. Tax the heck out of them, make it a pain in the butt to do buisness here and live the socialist dream of government handling everythig. Do you think i'm paranoid? just look at what Mr. Obamas agenda is pure socialism, government take over of banks, bailing out home loans that people took out with no idea what they were getting into, and a final note since Mr Obama took office the stock market is down over 2500 points, Wall street looks at the future and adjusts, a new era i don't think so. I feel better now. GOD BLESS AMERICA.

The rents and costs discourage new businesses.

There needs to be more allowance for home-based businesses.

I believe the Fire safe council had to move to a home location, and that's probably a violation of the new master plan!
