    A dentist once told me that it only takes 24 hours for plaque to form and start decay. After that I flossed religiously once a day (at night before bed). Later I learned how important flossing is for your gum health so it's important to floss well...curve the floss at the base of the teeth, once forward and once back deep into the gums. So now I concentrate on flossing while I do it. 21 days and your good for life!
