After what you've seen of the Hornets the past couple of weeks, what would get them going?

Get everyone healthy and on the court at the same time

Make some trades

Use the bench as little as possible

Byron Scott needs to show some emotion every now and then - kick a chair or something

Absolutely no consistency in performance other than CP3. Pega has one good game and 4/5 bad ones. D. West could be more consistent as well. Too many turnovers, bad shooting spells. Luv the Hornets but we are a long way off from being a champion.
