What do you think of the $789 billion economic stimulus package?

How about a 4th option? Too much of the wrong thing.

Most of the spending is not set for 2-3 years down the road, not an immediate help that would help the economy.

4 option, Stop Printing Money!!!! Otherwise it will cost 7 dollars for a loaf of bread

Senators Collins and Snow showed unusual political courage in resisting the preasure of the Republican leadership and remaining stedfast in their support of the Obama stimulus package...eventhough imperfect, it is an essential step in our Country's recovery. We Mainers have every right to be proud of our independent minded senators.

we just need to stop spending, if we as a country lived with in our means we would not be in this mess. I have not gotten my self in to such debt that this affects me, but with this package along with the last package the only ones making out are the big companies that should not have loaned the money they loaned and should not be run by the same people. They are like our government, we vote them in and when they screw it up we keep voting them in. we are doomed.

Only buy american made products, stop supporting other contries
