With all of the incentives out there for buying a home, why aren't you buying a new home?



I'm worried that the economy will get much worse.

I'm worried that my home's value will decline after I buy it.

I'm worried about losing my job.

I don't want to be stuck in this city if I have to move elsewhere for a job.

I don't think I have good enough credit to buy a home

I'm happy with the home I have, but I would love to refinance at a lower rate.
