Is it time to put military spending cuts on the table with record deficits and the need to spend money on economic stimulus?



Just end the war in Iraq and withdrawal the troops in the proposed 16 month timetable

Yes, downsize our militray and close unneeded foreign bases

No, military speading is untouchlable and keep our troops in Iraq until we "win"
