Depends on the case. On the cass of Scott Crowder he should not be let out. He was let out with reduced bail and I don't get it. He almost murderd a helpless baby and he gets to go out and do what ever he wants. Those are the ones that should not be allowed out.
A criminal is a criminal, so how do you determine low risk? If you had cancer, and the doctor said "Don't worry it is a low risk cancer" wouldn't you still want treatment for it? If "low risk" criminals went to treatment centers or transitional housing first, then I might be a little more accepting.
