Does it worry you that Canada will be running a deficit for the first time in more than a decade?

The deficit and debt ballooned under the Tories in the 1980's. It also ballooned under the conservative Republicans during 2000-2008.

Why would anybody believe the rhetoric this time? In power, Conservatives seem to spend like Bolsheviks.
