What about parking ? The North Chelmsford town hall has no parking. None is allowed on rt 40, and the side street is posted as no parking. The density proposed is insane for that building, too.
Parking? I need not even think that far on this issue. The whole thing is entirely outrageous and shows that the Town Management should finally be questioned as too there very exhistance representing our community in this fashion. From the Board of Planning right up to the Town Manager. Shame on you all at Town Hall.
