Should Govt. take strong action against Oil PSU Officers who hold the Country to ransom?

It is unfair to treat PSU employees like this.
They were just asking a pay which is according to external equity. i.e. compared to other private sector organisation such as Rilance, Essar etc.
Otherwise one day all these employees who are serving the nation will shift to private sector and only think about organization goal(revenue) rather than economies development.

These oil people are working for the nation like soilders in sea, desert and dangerous isolated areas for exploring hydrocarbon putting their lives in danger. At present the PSU have only became like a training centre, the private firms offering good packages &they are taking from the PSU employees. If such things goes one, one day the oil indstrty will be in the hands of private agency. These people are fighting for their rights giving enough time to the management as well as to the government. The government is also knows very well, the oil PSU is not loss making company they are giving a handsome revenue to the government then only they are asking for their hike in their wages. These people have given enough time to the management for getting their problems resolved. As they did not got any response from them, then they have taken the Gandhian principle i.e. sathyagraha. Hence, no action required to be taken against PSU office, which is their legitimate right.
