Why this restaurant isn't already up and serving is sad. When I have out-of-town friends visiting me in Beverly who want a nice seafood dish we have to leave Beverly to find it. Maybe if Beverly shoveled its sidewalks and further promoted the walkability of the city, parking and traffic wouldn't be on so many minds.
Beverly needs to develop the waterfront - both for the residents and for the taxes it will bring. It would be great if that entire harborfront had restauarnts, shops, condos with a nice boardwalk connecting them. Black Cow is a great place that could get things started. And with a mixed-use site with kayak rentals - maybe someday we will see a link between the Rt127 and 1A cycling to the north and the new Salem bikepath going south. How awesome would that be?
