Who will be responsible for the clean-up of these Wind Turbines once the investors have filled their pockets and maintenence have become too expensive? I guess the WV consumer will be subject to another electric rate increase to pay for the clean-up as we have been for the installation and construction of these eye sores. Let the investors aquire another federal grant/loan and put them in their own back yard!
I think that those turbines are ruining the beauty of our wild wonderful West Virginia.
Try to feed your family with your "view". I would think that the economic benefit, both tax wise and jobs would outweigh any minor astheitic issues. Let's try something new and be innovative and forward thinking for a change. Dependence on foreign oil is our number one national security issue. Although it's a minor step, let's be part of the solution.
