While Eric can thank his lucky stars that all he has to do is 40 hrs. of community service to get back on the team, SU is sunk this week against Memphis. Anyway, since the police dropped the charges, where does the university get off on disciplining him when the girl changed her story & denies knowing the ball players has slept with. Ya, he was on probation already, but it still doesn't constitute a suspension. Good thing there's a lot of snow on the ground for him to shovel.

Eric "Scumbag" DevenDORK should be kicked off the team for good. He is a loser who thinks he has talent. That team is much better off without him. He is a thug who finally got what was coming to him! This isn't his first brush with the law! I'm glad SU opened their eyes and gave this piece of trash what he had coming. I hope he screws up his community service and gets the boot for good. Go jump in onondaga lake you scumbag!
