Do you think airlines should have this much latitude in dealing with passengers?



It’s a free market – Airlines are a business – they need to do what they do to make money.

Airline passengers should have more rights – we’re paying for these expensive tickets – we should be treated with more respect.

Air travel is a privilege – not a right – it needs to be closely regulated and tightly controlled. The “Contract of Carriage” is a fair and necessary document.

The airlines are practically a monopoly – they can do and charge whatever they like and we as passengers just have to keep shelling out and lining up.

I never fly – I only travel on devices which never leave the ground.
