Actually, I prefer April and early spring since ministry is not as packed. To be honest, it's hard to switch off in the fall and enjoy conferences then. I love that the group conference is in late feb/early march. That is much easier to make.
April is spring break and easter month and it's a natural time when our ministry has slowed gears a little. It's a good time to get away for training.
When are you planning a conference Josh?
April is the worst for us with spring break trip, parent move-up meetings, Easter and winding down the school year, but gearing up for summer.
