Do you wash in cold water?

I use hot water a lot, it works better.

I only wash in cold water, it works just as well.

I never do the wash and don't know.

Wash? I wouldn't be a treehugger if my poncho wasn't rancid.

Me too! I wash everything in the warm option. Its warmer than cold, enough to melt the nastier stains and things but not as wasteful as hot. Also, I find that less things come out of the wash shrunk to the size of a barbie doll.

What happened to a choice of warm/cold. My husband's work clothes are too dirty to get clean in cold wash, but clean ok in warm water with a cold wash.
