this is a tie between Charlie Haas and Victoria. Both excellent workers that wwe cant figure out what to do with. Victorias retirement is more of a loss than people realize. With the possible exception of Mickie James she was the best female performer on the roster. Also on this list should be JTG, his partner is a big worthless goon but he can actually put on a show if you have the ability to look past the dumb gimmick
