What did you think of David Gregory's premiere as MTP moderator? (Poll Closed)

I think David did a great job and shows the potential to be the next Tim Russert, but for now, this Russert fan can't think of anyone that could be just like Tim. That said, I don't think anyone could have done as well as David did today. Kuddos David, keep it real!

I think David was great today, considering the enormous amount of pressure he is under. He was a bit nervous, but he came through.

I think he was too animated and does not have the gravitas or voice to command and display the presence and stature so evident in Tim. I like him but in my opinion if you cannot get the voice, stature and gravitas back then you need to go in a direction that states strongly that your are... well going in a new and different direction. hence I think Chuck Todd should have been tapped. If you want the gravitas and presence back then Lester Holt should have been on the radar.

David Gregory is a Bush shill and always has been. If he can supress his anti-democratic personal views he may be ok. He spent the whole election attacking Obama, he was in the tank for McCain bigtime.
The thing about Tim Russett was you never knew what side he was on. both liberals and conservatives thought he was working for the other side which meant he was doing his job, watch Gregory I bet you he will be tougher on democrats and his personal view of politics will get through.
