i am looking for a tool that can track our links and graph them i.e. - today we have 10,000 links, here is a list of them, last month we had 8,000 links, here is that list - this way i can measure if what we are doing in terms of link building is working or not...

The most important thing you forgot to say "More good quality and really substantial SEO articles"

How about an update to your famous Search Engine Ranking Factors v2?
I would love to be able to save reports as PDFs and have a printer friendly option for reports. Being able to use in ppt would be another wish. Thanks!
Something I'd love from my SEOmoz tools is the ability to store and graph historical data so i can see changes in links and other data over time. I think that would be the most useful addition to the toolbox.

thats a tough question
maybe the answer is to build a robot in q1 that you can ask what you should do in q2
