I say "yes" to the bluest of blue Charlotte Balbier dress. You must really, really love the color (and look good in it) because my concern is that, given the model pic, only platinum based diamonds will do. Just a spray. It's like the gown that could be "the one" but isn't quite. My concern is that to sell viewers on the dress, your will either outshine it or be swallowed up by the ocean of fabric.
