Most of these agencies produce sick work (admittedly I am not familar with all), but I like ted perez's style the most. I gravitate towards more customized style (i.e. creativity) and am less impressed with more corporate looking stuff. Not a fan of laundry detergent looking advertisements or ads/sites that look like they were created from a template. Don't know flash that well but ted perez seems to do a great job of making sure their work runs really smooth (I hate lag). Some of these other agencies animation on their own sites (like Zugara) make it feel like I am on a 56k modem.
