I have studied the plan and am convinced it is the best solution to the Brooklyn Heights/DUMBO middle school problem. Private money funding a much needed public project, affordable housing component to the rental units, LEED certified building that compliments the existing buildings, what's not to like.
I hope that the wonderful work taking place at PS 8 ends up at Dock Street in a few years. I'm looking forward to the 17th.
