If a hardware problema occur, the system must be able to recover the correct information. So, the problem is software, that has no system to find the correct information when corrupt data is transmited.

I'm wondering, because I have problem on Vista and XP as well. These are completely diffrent OS, they had completely diffrent drivers and the same problem occured. On XP there was diffrent error box BUT its just the same problem. Application crashes and there's a message about not-responding driver. So I think that maybe in my case there's same hardware issue.

In my case it was a hardware issue for sure, a corrupt graphics card that kept on failing. I think it can be either software or hardware.
