I think the Supreme Court may decide, given the here and now situation, it is best not to disqualify Obama, but to admonish everyone that was responsible for not disqualifying him, and perhaps leveying punishments to them. They will also limit him to one term and insist that procedures are in place for future elections

No, because he was born in Hawaii, which renders him perfectly eligible. Stop nitpicking and move on.

It makes no difference if Obama was born in Hawaii or Kenya, either way he is not eligible because his father was under the british crown and ole Barry was a brit. So at birth he was a brit and since his mother was under 19 he was not a US Natural born citizen anyway. Look at the law back then. And then even if we say who cares about the law, which is common these days, his father was still under the british crown and so he had a dual citizenship. Now it makes no diff if ole barry renounced his british citizenship and his indonesian citizenship and gave back his indonesian passport that he used to go to pakistan when he was 20 because NATURAL BORN is DETERMINED AT BIRTH NOT 1 year or 5 years or 20 years later.

But I do not believe the Supreme Court or Congress will do anything. This country has degenerated to such a low level that its destruction from within is more likely than the truth coming about about barry. The country is imploding and the crooks and criminals are looting as we speek. Truth, the constitution and the ideas this country were built on are gone replaced with the dodds, the franks, the bushes, cheneys and so on. The country is truly one big lie.

Your poll leaves me suspicious of this whole issue. The Supreme Court will revue this and if Justices like Scalia think it's an issue they will make a public statement. I trust him and if he rules against this it's because it's not an issue. It will not be because he is a coward. I'm getting a little tired of lawyers doing everything they can to tear down every aspect of our government, especially when they use hearsay allegations. I opposed Obama in the election. I believe he will take this country in a dangerous direction. People like Berg and Corsi have been trying to create anarachy with there ridiculous claims about 9/11. They helped cast a shadow of doubt on everything President Bush did. Now they are doing the same thing Obama. People who hate Obama will believe anything thrown in front of them just like people who hated President Bush did. When are we going to learn?
