company executives need to take a look at themselves. The average worker's pay and benefits is not causing companies to go under. Executives (even in smaller companies) are so far overpaid it is rediculous! They could do well by firing a few executives and leaving the regular employees alone, but all they want to do is worry about how they can maintain their exorbitant lifestyles - Executives need to quit being so greedy and selfish! A pay cut is not a big deal when you make 100,000 plus, but when a person is living pay check to pay check, even a small (5%) reduction is painful!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree - you don't hear executives talking about rewriting their contracts and taking a pay cut. They don't mind cutting salaried or hourly employees' pay, because they are under contract, so they know it will not apply to them. Executives keep getting richer and the middle class will soon be extinct - it will be upper class and lower class with no middle ground.
