Should we, the U.S. taxpayers, bail out GM, Chrysler and Ford?

We as tax payers should not bail out the BIG 3why? They brought this on themselves.Making big gas guzzlers and the workmanship or the lack of.I do not want my tax dollars going to the big American auto makers.Let them work it out without our TAX Dollars.

It makes me sick when I hear of the bonuses the top dogs get, when was the last time YOU got a bonus for doing a poor job? Let them take the bonus, and all the other perks and turn them back into the company. How much money is enough? They can lower the prices on their product, so the taxpayers they want to bilk (people making under $25,000) can afford a new car, say nothing about a used one!

I do agree with everyone in saying that we as tax payers should not have to bail out a multi million dollar company however, if we do not provide some sort of help then there will be alot of people out of jobs. Whether we pay tax money to bail them out or we pay unemployment rates for all of the layed off employees, unfortunately we will be paying either way. Instead they should regulate their spending and force them to bail themselves out. Lowering prices to make vehicles more affordable would then turn into selling more vehicles which would improve their rate of business.

They would bail themselves out if they would take all their car/truck commercials off the TV. Give back their salary for one year plus all their bonuses. Give up their personal Jets, Boats, Vacation Homes, mistresse's, Their wives jewelry, her cars, the golf club membership, etc.
