I carry mine in a neoprine pouch - to protect it from rain, sweat, etc. And slip it in my pocket. I have a pair of shorts with 4 pockets so I can carry lots of stuff ; )

Funny you should ask...I was *just* debating today whether or not I should start bringing my cell phone on my runs. I'd feel safer, but it's just one more thing to carry! What do other people do?
