Multitasking? What a strange choice. I suppose if your job is low level this could be true. In contrast, the tasks that make you real money usually call for total focus. Tim Ferriss and others have written about studies which show that your IQ "drops" by about 20 points whenever you're multitasking.
For me the most important tool for personal productivity is an egg-timer which I use to give me one hour slots of uninterrupted work time on specific projects.
In busy world today digital instrunments playing vital role for going through ours daily monthaly tasks. However it is difficult for me to go through the entering tasks reminders in my not book, cell phone, etc. I fell convinent to remember but about 10% to 20% tasks i forget. But in case of digital instrument it goes on much higher sider about 40% to 50% coze i feel mentally secured that tasks are noted in and instument let remind again so i donot put much burden on memory this state of mental ease is contributing to low performance
