Leg-warmers are more than just 'fashion"--Try them UNDER pants to keep you warm walking on those cold winter days--Wear them with your snow boots and whip 'em off for a quick change into your regular office 'legs' when you get indoors... C'mon now, Rita...do you take cabs everywhere?
