Oh come on get real! There is still over a month to go and its only a large roast! If you cant cope then book into a hotel and let someone else do it, it will probaby not only be cheaper but far less trouble. For us its just another meal to be cooked and it will be done! Ex-chef married to an amazing man who can also cook before you think we cant!!! There are far more serious things in this world to worry about than a roast dinner...
